Photographers, developers, designers, caterers, printers. If a project needs outside expertise to deliver the result, that cost is factored into your quote. You're not managing vendors or receiving their invoices separately.
If your project involves paid advertising, ad spend goes directly to the platform under your account. b38 coordinates the campaign. The budget is yours to control.
